LAX - is GPS available?
 
We are renting a car from Budget at LAX for the first time, a convertible. I hope someone can answer a couple of questions urgently.

1. Does Budget have GPS for cars? (Hertz has Neverlost) and Avis can provide GPS at about Us10 a day extra. The location is LAX.

2. We rented a convertible via hotwire. If we need a larger card, can we top up and get a higher grade car?
