One-way charge included or not ?

I'm planning to rent a car from NY and return it to New Orleans. I was searching for a good deal on the web and came across carrentalsavers.com
Found good deal there (around 20 USD for Economy class per day, company named Budget). There is no information about one-way charge. Is there possibility that it will occur at the counter during pick-up ?

No. If there is no one-way charge on your confirmation, one will not sneak in at the counter.

In fact, Avis/Budget and competitors have a one-way special right now from the Northeast to FL, the deep south, and surprisingly this year, New Orleans.
