Fastbreak for Europeans?
 

I tried to register for Fastbreak through the Norwegian Budget website and it just gave me..what looks like a Admin log in screen. Do they not allow Europeans to join their program anymore? :confused: I emailed them as well as messaged them on their Facebook page with no reply. Not impressed so far!

I find it odd they make it hard to join because we are members of Alamo, Dollar and Avis and they were quite easy to sign up for.

Going to US for Christmas holiday and Budget came out cheaper then Alamo and Dollar (who we normally use when we go back to the US) thus why using Budget but after a long trip...I don't want to wait in a long line if I/we can avoid it!

They do allow it - I joined and I'm from the UK. Card took a few weeks to arrive.

That said my rental experience with them was miserable and I won't be back in a hurry unfortunately.

Well their customer service is awful here! I wrote to them on Facebook as well as a regular email and they never even replied. My husband was at the airport recently and asked the girl at the Budget counter and she said she had no idea what Fastbreak was. She said she never heard anything like it!?!?! :confused:

I am hoping to find a better rate with another company or just might have to suck it up and spend a bit more to get Avis for our trip. :(
