Nice that Budget reversed most of the charges.
I didn't have to drive very far.

I made a rookie mistake of trusting and assuming that what I was signing wasn't changed from what I was planning. I incorrectly assumed that a rental company such as budget wouldn't do what they ended up doing. I will be a damn site more careful next time.
