Does Budget charge cancelation fees?

Might be renting with Budget in a month or two... was wondering if there were any fees involved if I canceled the reservation (or accidentally neglected to do so). It doesn't ask for my credit card number in the booking process so I don't exactly see how they would go about implementing such a fee, at least in my case.

I saw this in the T&Cs:

• If your plans change and you no longer require the rental, you must cancel this reservation before the scheduled pick-up time or you will be charged a $75 U.S. fee ($50 U.S. for a budget.com paid rental).

But how would they go about collecting it? :confused:

Rental details (in case this helps): SLC, 5/31 - 6/2 (2 days, weekend), ICAR, USAA BCD + coupon MUWZ164 ($10 off)

I forgot to update this thread. I posted this question on the Facebook page for Budget.

They do not charge cancellation fees ^

OTOH they don't answer questions regarding if a location is a franchise :rolleyes:
