BCD with different coupon
 

Can I use a BCD (e.g. USAA) with a coupon which doesn't belong to this BCD? For example I want to use USAA with Coupon# UUGZ011 from here: https://www.budget.com/budgetWeb/htm...0offdblup.html

But it says: "Offer may not be used with any other BCD number, promotion or offer."

Does anyone have experience with that? Does it work or do they really block it?

Nope. You can only use a coupon within your BCD group. Also, coupons are accepted at participating locations. I got a coupon for my BCD group after my first rental, and the coupon code had no effect to any rentals near where I work/live.
