Rental from Toronto to Buffalo Airport
 

Hello,
I'm trying to book online for a one way rental, from Toronto to Buffalo Airport. It won't let me book it online, so I wanted to know if anyone has been able to do this successfully? They do allow you to cross the border with a rental, don't they?

Budget in Buffalo is an independent licensee, so they may not allow this one-way rental. Avis, Hertz, and National are corporate, and so more readily offer it.

Is your purpose in renting the car solely conveyance from Toronto to the Buffalo Airport?

Or will you be renting, using the car, then just returning it to Buffalo?


If the former, consider using MegaBus, which offers service from Toronto to the Buffalo Airport.

If the latter, then consider renting under two contracts, one to/from Toronto, then one as the oneway, you may save a good sum.

I just reserved a one way rental from Pearson to Buffalo. Travelocity offered the best rates I could find. I have a full-size car from National for $130, everything included.
