I appreciate it's tedious, but I'm not actually asking when the next sale is? I'm trying to tap in on FT regulars previous knowledge of how often BA sales occur
So, in FT'ers personal experience, how frequent are the sales? Once a year, twice, quarterly.....or, is it a case of hands over the head in frustration and no-one knows

CatchThePigeon - historically, sale timing ran pretty much like clockwork. We'd be able to tell you pretty much exactly when the next sale would come along. Then turbulence hit, and at times it felt like BA was running in DFS* mode - it'd be easier to tell you when there's not a sale...
If the world runs according to plan, you'd probably expect something around Christmas. But if BA needs to get cash in, there will probably be something before then...
* a well known UK sofa retailer, whose perennial sale after sale after sale strategy led to parodies of "it's full price day at DFS - don't miss it, we won't have another one for at least six months"....

It's not random, but it's not totally predictable either. And the exact timing is never predicatable.
I think the only things I'd personally rely on are the big post-Christmas sale every year; and the fact there will be something in the general region of half a dozen sales during the year, of different scope, duration and discount level. They happen when they happen; they're good for those trips where you don't have firm plans in advance but the occurrence of the sale suddenly makes the trip a good idea.

My goodness! No Sale question for 2 days!
Hi,
I am in semi-shock!
We have not had a " when is the next BA sale for 2 days!
"
so I'm just bumping this.
PS ( Hope a CW sale comes out this week so I can start planning a New Year Break)
Regards

Any idea when the next 2for1 sale is coming?
I am wondering if anyone has any idea when there might be another 2for1 sale for award tickets like the one last year?
I've been saving up my BA miles for this.
Thanks.

What makes you think there will be a next one for sure anyway?

Premium class sale in the New Year?
Currently BA has a sale going on for Economy and Premium Economy in the UK. Is there likely to be a sale in the New Year for Club World? If so when?
Many thanks,
Hf
