Unable to make redemption(s) in First!
I don't know if it's only my EC account, however this morning I now don't get the option to book miles redemptions in 'First' class anymore (at least on the LHR to SYD route, plus a couple of others I've just tried such as LHR to Dubai). I hope it's a temporary glitch and not a change of policy!

BA are cancelling a number of LHR-SIN-SYD flights for the winter season currently and rebooking people on other flights so this might be why you cannot get any redemptions on that route currently.

It's hard to believe its not some kind of bug, can think of no other reason to remove it bar that they may be removing F completely!

It is a new check that BA are applying to preserve the image of the F product. Anyone, who after exhaustive checks, is deemed unsuitable to sit up the front will be unable to make a booking - especially redemptions.
NB a major part of the checks is asking PUCCI for her view of the PAX suitability!
