The SYD fare is reasonable for an ex-LON departure. AKL comes in at a smidgeon over 3.1K which is tempting, just to avoid the faff of ex-EU logistics and lost time.

Ł1400....how did I miss that one!!! We usually end up doing the TATL via MIA and the short rtn hop for 9000 avios to make it more cost effective.

The new zone 1 BA Avios changes for the US may change that strategy slightly!

indeed. Luckily I have some booked already but not ideal for future plans I admit. Will still be much better costing than direct GCM when not in a decent sale, just not quite as good as before.

2016? They want Ł393

Is it easy to discover when BA and IB are having a joint sale? IB website never seems to show SALE like BA. Or am I wrong?

http://blog.continentalclub.co.uk/fl...-october-2015/

The sale fare archive has also been updated purely for the purposes of future speculation.

Book by 17th November 2015 for this one, with various travel dates dependent on destination between 12th November this year and 15th October next. 28 day advance purchase required.

If you're looking for CPT, JNB or NBO, they don't seem to have been treated to any sale action at all yet, to save you searching.
The hinge squeaks again for subscribers to this thread (and as also noted on a few other more specific/exotic threads) - this time it's a Black Friday/Cyber Monday short sale with a booking deadline of 30th November 2015.

World Traveller & World Traveller Plus fares are now loaded and the full list is posted as usual on the blog, at:

http://blog.continentalclub.co.uk/of...november-2015/

Club (and possibly some First) fares are still in the process of being loaded, and I will update the blog and then the archive as soon as they're done and I have collated them all.

Some of the travel dates are very tight; mostly no earlier than 21st December and no later than 3rd January 2016 outbound, and no later than 11th January 2016 inbound. As usual, Floridian and Caribbean destination travel dates are generally different to reflect their differing low seasons.

For those that don't follow this other thread, I found some good ex-DUB prices and listed them here:

Ho Ho Ho - it's BA's monthly Christmas Day again .

For those keen to travel from the UK (the hint is in the thread title), sale fares are now loaded across all cabin classes, with a booking deadline of 2nd February 2016.

I've updated the blog, as usual:

WT & WTP: http://blog.continentalclub.co.uk/of...december-2015/

CW & First: http://blog.continentalclub.co.uk/of...december-2015/

And the overall archive is also refreshed to include the latest sale as well as all the others I've recorded over the last 5 years:

Archive: http://blog.continentalclub.co.uk/of...-fare-archive/

Notable points are that even Cape Town has a few discounts this time (having been missed out in the last few sales) and Abu Dhabi has come back in from the cold, too. In fact the AUH CW sale fare is lower than DXB's in this sale, having been left off the promotional list in November.

Cluck, Cluck - it's apparently time for BA to crack open its list of fares for Easter eggscursions in their lay-flat cabins.....

I've therefore updated the blog:

http://blog.continentalclub.co.uk/fl...s-easter-2016/

And also the archive going back to 2010:
