Issues, bugs and glitches on ba.com

To help you with your more specific and sometimes technical questions about ba.com, I have enlisted the help of one of my colleagues – Dilshad Caffoor, a member of our ba.com support team. Dilshad will be monitoring Flyertalk and posting information specifically about ba.com issues, leaving me to continue to handle your Executive Club membership queries.

Specifically, Dilshad will be working on the following areas:-

Manage My Booking
Online Check-in
Seating
Booking processes
Fare Quotes
Payment Issues
Taxes/Fees/Surcharges

You can also contact him personally via PM from next week on the username ‘ba.com helper’ which we are in the process of changing from his original less specific username ‘BA Lurker’.

If you’re unsure who to direct your question to, please don’t worry – send it to one of us as we’ll be in regular contact with each other, and will pass on any issues according to our expertise.

I hope you will all find this useful – have a great weekend,
Lyndsay
