The Power of FT

Interesting piece in the WaPost on how CO (in particular) has someone monitoring FT and other sites, and actually acts on what they read there:

In this forum we have BA Executive Club who is employed by BA and helps out every now and then. I don't see this as being newsworthy, particularly in the BA forum.
