is the video. And is all I can say. It says Feb 2007. Is that T3? Feb 2007 - i.e. not the day of the troubles last August - Some (multiple) useless f'sticks at BAA should be joining a queue of their own right about now...at their local Job Centre. That is absolutely disgusting

How on earth did any of those people catch their flights?? That queue looks like it is hours and hours! Very interesting video (if somewhat disturbing!!)

Oh dear - that video brings back baaaad memories of LHR (eg a couple of weeks ago 100 minutes in FCC security queue ).

What surprises me is that the video makers were not stopped for "security" reasons from filming, where "security" is defined as preventing people from knowing that BAA are a bunch of useless f***wits.

Darn the original link is dead and youtube is blocked at work...

I remember the check in queues in March at LGW and was stunned at how long they were - it was 20 mins+ for business class check in alone!
