Define "best" - is that cheapest, fastest, most direct, using the most miles, using the least miles etc.
You have to fly on BA metal, so the closest options are SYD, SIN, HKG, BKK, NRT, LAX. Depending on whether you want to pay or use miles getting to AKL (?) you have many options, or fewer (most easily a OW carrier from one of the above places). You also need to find availability to the above, which will depend on cabin chosen -- e.g. SYD will be tricky in J/F.
So, you'll need to provide more detail to get a better answer really
