Extending an AMEX 241
Who do I call to do it?? The voucher helpline is the obvious choice - 0870 555 0222. However, when I called that, I ended up with some BA guy who said I needed to speak to AMEX, and I should call 0870 555 0222 (yes, the number I rang in the first place!).
Anyone know the magic key sequence to get to the right point in the menu???
TIA,
Ben

Ta - amusingly the menu on that number appears to be exactly the same as the one I tried in the first place. I suspect they all go to the same place. I'll give it a try at a less busy period, and let you know what extension I get.

I though the following on this months statement was a bit ominous:
British Airways American Express Reward Ticket Promotion Reminder
Customers are reminded that, as per the terms and conditions effective 1 October 2005, Companion vouchers (reward tickets) are
valid for 12 months and need to be exchanged for a ticket within that time. Outbound travel must be taken before the expiry date
on the voucher. Vouchers are non extendable.
