Most of us have EF, so the following is not a problem.

When booking actual seating is not available to view.
This is important for family bookings to guarantee to be seated together.

Indeed, why can't receipts be put into PDF format? That makes them easier to save and easier to print. QF does this for many of its e-ticket receipts, and very nice they are too when it happens.

In response to the section regarding "changing or cancelling without a fee" I found this: http://askba-questions.custhelp.com/...394581&p_olh=0

This is not a new problem, but the date range statement search will not return all records if there are too many flights. In my case, not matter how long a range I specify, I can generally not get more than a few months flights in (the older ones simply do not appear, with no warning message displayed).

I like the fact that you can still have the old-style list of all your bookings presented to you; non-EC members seem to have to remember and type in their booking ref each time.

Very minor point: but on the EC welcome screen the "account information" section displays the last couple of transactions, and you can then click "view all transactions" to see the last 10/20/etc. The dates on these two don't coincide - on the former it seems to be the date the information reached BAEC, whereas on the latter it's the date the actual flight was taken, car was hired, etc. (how sad is that...)

More annoying point: the Change Advance Passenger Information so often seems to be down (including now )

I find this very useful actually. When I'm waiting for something slow/useless to post (typically Travelex) from several weeks ago, it can be easily lost on my initial statement behind 10 new transactions...seeing it appear as the most recent addition on the front page is handy.

As a workaround, install a free PDF creator like Cute PDF, choose the printable view of the ticket/receipt and then print to the relevant PDF printer.

It's been commented on before, and it's actually quite handy - if you're waiting for missing miles/points to post, they'll appear on the front page instead of having to keep searching dates on the statement

Cancelling an award booking online, I get the option to do this, put in my CC number and then consistently get an error "try later" message. Am I alone in this ?
