No. Needs to be QF status.
https://www.qantas.com/nz/en/qantas-...igibility.html
Eligible oneworld status
Find Qantas Club, Qantas Domestic Business, Qantas International Business lounge, Qantas International lounge and Associated lounge eligibility; on your oneworld® status and travel class when travelling on a oneworld® flight number#.
Jetstar is not a Oneworld airline

(Anyway as you did not spell Qantas correctly will *not* get access )

Please excuse my ignorance but please can you elaborate on what open doors means? So if I am BA gold does this mean I can enter a QF lounge if I see one? Or only if I am about to board a BA or QF flight?

Traveloguy's post (that you have just quoted) dates back to 2006.

The BA Open Doors policy of allowing access when travelling on any carrier ended around 2011 I think.

I recall the email where BA told me they were removing the Open door policy because they listened to what their members told them. Those were the days of proper marketing speak.
