Outsource the Complaint Department!

Technology has quickly developed to such an exent that airlines can outsource everything, including the Complaint Department !! What better way to isolate management even more from that troublesome, pesky and unwashed passenger! Eeeeccchh!! Babbling on and on about a lack of this or that, whining about their upgrades or even worse their lost luggage!! God, how management must hate that part because it goes on and on and on.....Bring a carry on for christ-sakes, so they can at least have the fun of scolding you for it being too big and heavy.

Pretty soon airlines will only exist virtually. The only asset on the balance sheet will be the market value of finely tuned excuses for why your flight has been delayed, cancelled, diverted, etc.....
