Just wanted to point out a couple of flaws in your questionnaire( which I have submitted!). Many business travellers are members of more than one ff scheme. Also the purchase of tickets may not be of the same method over the year.

I've filled it in too, but I'm sure the internet has made a big difference to the amount of people who actually fill these things in. In my day if you could make it up, you did, as people never wanted to fill the damn things in.

Kind of a broken questionnaire, dude...

Q9 -- What should North American respondents answer to this?

Q10 -- is BA biased.

Q13 -- Multiple answers are valid, there is rarely just one determining factor.

Q14 -- Most people belong to several FF schemes.

Q16 -- I book tickets myself, not through airline or agency or company, but there's no option for that.

Good luck...

Just filled in the survey for you ... agree multiple answers for Q 13 would have been a good idea.

First thanks for the research and the feedback,

Q9 - Updated.

Q10 - I got my questions from a BA questionnaire but it's for every airline. Some like Virgin offer travel class like Premium Econ.

Q13. Updated.

Q14. Updated.

Q16. Updated.

If any of you guys have more feedback i would love to hear it.

Dominic.

Done! Best of luck with this, Dominic; perhaps you could let us know how you get on...?

<glint in eye> Same in my day, Jimmie76; I remember making up data on a number of inappropriate occasions.
