Heartfelt Thanks To BA Customer Service
Several weeks ago my Dad passed away. He was a fun loving Glaswegian, an ex-merchant marine, and one of my best friends.
As such, a BA flight that I was booked on needed to be postponed by a couple of weeks. I didn't make the change to the reservation, but the person that did does not remember giving any reason to the agent. Last night, I returned from that trip. 2 hours before my flight landed at YYZ a massive gift basket arrived at my home with the attached sentiment: "A small gesture of our care and concern". It was from BA, and I am most grateful. I just wanted to share this with you folks on the BA Board. Thanks. |
I'm very sorry for your loss and touched to hear this story. Very classy by BA, nice to see a more human side to them.
