Contact Info for BA

I have tried to find an email address on the BA website because I want to email them a complaint based on two segments I took with them last week. The first was Paris - London. Two of my three pieces of luggage didn't show up. The second was London - Miami. Flight arrived three hours late resulting in me missing the last connection of the day. First of all, is BA always this bad? I have never used them before. Secondly, where can I find an email address for them. I rang customer service twice, and they said they didn't have one. The website didn't appear to have one either. Thanks for your help!

Does anyone have a snail-mail address for Rod Eddington's office? I had a trawl of the BA site but couldn't find it.

Thanks in advance

Matthew, going through the CEO's office will only delay your response, all customer complaints written to him just get forwarded to the regular Customer service department.

At least if you go through the CEO's office you know you'll get an answer, rather than getting 'lost in the mail'. Often you'll get a more generous response, too.

And if you're feeling really kind then you can send a note of thanks when something has been well resolved. If you're lucky you'll get a personal reply and vintage champagne, or further compensation.

Not from BA, though! Why is is that when they offer compensation they say that it will be 'held on file' but give no details of how to calim it? My private saga is ongoing.

Write to Rod Eddington at Waterside, you'll get a response.

PS the Waterside address I used is:

British Airways
Waterside
PO Box 365
Harmondsworth
UB7 0GB
