Programs for CEOs?
Does BA have any programs for CEOs and the like who fly between the US and London regularly, as much as weekly. Do they have any programs to entice these big-buck flyers aboard? What about Virgin?

From what I hear, BA are very generous with upgrades & free companion tickets to those corporate execs that promise to send their company business to BA.
