Doubledecker
For those of you who have taken advantage of the buy one now fly in winter deals to London (aka the "doubledecker" deal by BA) you may want to double check you are actually registered for this deal.
When I bought my ticket I was forwarded to a phone system where you entered your Exce Club number. By chance I decided to check with Member Services and after getting to the right desk found out I wasn't registered at all!
