Thanks for the phone information -- I already call the UK a lot (and it is actually cheaper than calling the US!) so I am not worried about that - more I wanted to have somebody who knew what they were talking about (i.e. the BA USA Exec Club and website) rather than a fellow Brit who wouldn't be able to help me.
