BA Website

After trying several times to log onto BA's Website (trying to check on my ATT milage finally arriving)I gave up and called. There was at least a 10 minute wait, but then were very helpful. The mileage has arrived including the bonus for waiting so long. In reference to their website I was told that a major overhaul was in progress and that for the next several months the phone would be the best to check on my account

I've just logged on to my account & my partner's account without any trouble. Some mysterious miles have appeared (no record in the recent transactions bit) - it's probably the AT&T bonus & some phone miles.

We received the AT&T letter w.r.t. the bonus miles today.

I'm able to logon to the BA web site too (now if only I actually had the miles that the web site says that I have). I suspect too that some ATT miles (5 miles per dollar) have been posted, but the bonus miles for switching have not yet been posted. I switched a little over two months ago, hopefully I will not have to wait another four months for the bonus miles to appear - I haven't received the ATT letter.

I had trouble with my pin (pin overdose and cant remember which is which) and tried to get a new one (following the directions). When I called customer service, they suggested giving up and just calling. Maybe it was just that agents opinion?

Thistle - I have so many memberships to so many different on-line services (*everyone* seems to demand passwords these days, even when the security risk is minimal)... I've forgotten a fair number, & now, as soon as I am forced to invent another user id/password combination, I e-mail it to myself, & store it in a e-mail folder for memberships. It's the only way I can keep things straight.

Isn't this worthy of Catman??

But I do know my BA numbers by heart...

Your system is very worthy of Catman.

I have my own system of remembering the passwords, but that's a modern feline secret.

Personally, going on my box of Tide, it seems we've all become numbers and faceless and nameless individuals. All those numbers give me a headache. CATMAN
