It might be slightly quicker to get to Edinburgh airrport than glasgow as you do not need to cross the city to Edinburgh airport.
Both have BA lounged ( Glasgow might be slightly better as it had/has the snug in the BA lounge but the EDI lounge is good.
EDI did have issues with luggage delivery a few months ago ( 90mins for me) but have not heard too much since then.
probably much of a muchness

The GLA lounge is one of my favourite lounges but I am Glaswegian so you can expect a certain amount of bias. Depends where you are staying and how you are getting to the airport too. Bear in mind both GLA and EDI are to the West of their respective cities so a slog through rush hour traffic needs to be factored in.
But Glasgow.
But Glasgow.

GLA is a nicer airport to use but according to the post above it's easier to get to EDI when driving. That said, I've not encountered much issues with the M8 but then most of my visits to GLA have been during the weekend.

I live somewhere where EDI is nearer but GLA isn't much further. However being in England (just) I'm not with the local rivalries on the issue. I tend to bias EDI because the parking and public transport options are better there. I would say security is better at GLA (but it's quite good at EDI), the lounges are about the same overall, EDI being somewhat bigger and with more facilities. The Menzies staff who handle BA are efficient at both stations. Overall they are both good airports and so it's not like either are MAN. I take GLA because it's sometimes has cheaper fares and/or better timings, but it's quite marginal. So I wouldn't over-think GLA v EDI in isolation, they are both good.
