I've just booked a BA Holiday to Barbados next year for myself and mum and dad in Club.
I'm Gold, so have access to the First Wing and First lounge...is there any chance I can take my folks with me?

One guest only I'm afraid. You'd all have access to the Galleries Club lounges. You could, of course, pick your favourite parent and guest them into the First lounge - but I don't think that would be the best start to your holiday

The LHR F lounge is an embarrassment

You can't take both parents in to GF but you can pick your favourite to enjoy it with you..... whether that sets the right tone or not for a lovely holiday, only you can decide.
If it were me and all things considered, I'd check in at First Wing then use regular fast track security and head over to T5B to lap up the peace and quiet of the Galleries Club which is always a pleasure. That way you can all enjoy some pre flight time together and nobody's nose is out of joint.

I would go through normal fast track and ask at the First lounge desk, I have been able to take in two guests with me before and hold a gold card. Have only asked once and perhaps the lounge was quiet but always worth asking, you dont lose anything by asking.

They all can use the Galleries Club lounges or T5B lounge with no hassle, why going to ask to the F lounge desk while well knowing the rule of 1 guest only for each Gold Card holder? It's not like one of them doesn't have any lounge access at all...

Why not politely ask? Worse case, they send all three of you over to galleries. Given our collective experience with BA over the last couple of years, surely they could accommodate mum or dad once?

If everybody does this it just makes the lounges even more crowded. Its one guest for a reason.

All three are eligible to access Galleries Club on their own merit, given they are travelling in Club World.

I am not really in to making moral judgements here, but it is true to say everyone from time to time wants BA to bend rules in their favour sometimes on lots of different issues, lounge access being one example. I would be surprised if anyone has followed a strict line of never asking for some leniency or been in receipt of something they know isn't quite what the rules state.
I don't see the harm in a polite friendly request, but equally it would be on the expectation of a likely no.
