Cathay Pacifics The Pier First Class lounge - its a bit of a walk (or train ride), but worth it.
If you dont have time to reach it, then The Wing First Class lounge is to the left of security, although this lounge has what is a fairly tired design nowadays.

i think best is to point you to the CX forum where all the options are widely discussed. Even if you are on a Ba flight the most and best lounges at hkg are the cx ones so this will prove a better source of information.

Great dining in the dining room, not sure if they still do the free 10 minute foot massages, but even if not, the decor, warmth and design of the space... it's hands down the best lounge in HKG.

All the CX lounges are much of a muchness.
BA flights tend to leave from gates 4,5,6 so the lounge opposite gate 6 is probably the best one. (Also IME it is the quietest one). Theres not a First lounge there, so if you want that, use the lounge opposite gate 2 (turn left immediately after emigration)

The CX J lounge is also really nice, as you'd expect from their home base. Depends how many hours you have to kill, because there are a few CX lounges at HKG.
