Heathrow is now using some sort of dynamic pricing algorithm. Booking far in advance is no guarantee of getting the lowest price. At least it is flexible. But it is a pain to keep checking and have to change your booking when they reduce the price, which they seem to do quite often!
To be honest, I used to use the Heathrow official parking as my default option. It is now my last resort.

Unfortunately for us, the customers, the T5 car parks appear to be very busy at the moment. Seems price isnt putting off enough people for the prices to need to come down.
I even found myself paying well into 3 figures for one week of pod parking last week - purely for the convenience.

You may as well pay their walk-up prices - 83 for 24 hours in the short-stay car park or 38 for the long-stay. Or 12.60 at the nearby Marriott through JustPark.
For comparion, I recently paid just over 200 for the official meet and greet at T5 for 18 nights in January 2024.
