Website looks fine to me and I can also login to the app. Heck, the app is even showing me my bookings so I think BA IT is having one of their better days.

website called me out to be a liar. After posting this thread, retried and it worked fine.

Guess I am too cynical about BA’s IT

I was on it earlier looking at flights. Maybe it went into a state of shock?

Sometimes it's just a DNS/routing issue which is resolved with a refresh.

I can log i without an issue.
Just trying to book something and some unknown error that won't let me enter the country I'm based in. Tried again, and it started processing the payment and dropped back to the home page.
Did take about 10 mins to load the home page after 6pm.

I had some issues booking a cash ticket earlier in the evening - took a few tries before the flight search displayed flights and payment processing was rather slow. Email confirmation took nearly 10 minutes to arrive.
So about normal for BA IT

Being on a VPN can cause this as I found out

Unfortunately the 403 error is common, and as far as I can tell it's caused by BA's apparently poorly designed security measures. For example, it seems they don't allow access to the 'en_gb' version of ba.com if you're outside the UK, but cookies in your browser stored from previous logins will prevent connection to BA's local servers in whichever country you happen to be in

FWIW, this is how I've successfully resolved the 403 error when it's appeared:

- Open Firefox, because in my experience Chromium-based browsers (Google Chrome/MS Edge/Opera/etc.) seem more problematic for ba.com

- In the browser settings, delete all cookies relating to britishairways.com

- Open https://ba.com (without using a VPN) and allow it to open the default BA site for the country you're in

- Change the BA website's language to English if necessary, but don't change the country

- Login to your BA account

HTH!

(I can't comment on the BA app as I always use the website from a browser.)

I have given up on the app.

Using the website via Firefox, it is slow, and downloads too many cookies.

I sometimes run Ccleaner (free) to make sure the BA cookies have all gone!

Just me getting “no flights” returned on multiple routes / dates / devices?

Using their website is so frustrating at times…

Same just now. Obviously people flocking to pay the bargain "sale" price of Ł2k for business class to JFK

Either works eventually, times out, or says there's no flights.
