Had not been in the Aberdeen lounge in the morning for some time but pleased to see they are now offering bacon eggs sausage etc in addition to the traditional rowies and cereal

Yes, it's a very welcome improvement across all three BA lounges since late last year.

I will be in the ABZ lounge next Wednesday morning, so looking forward to sampling. I normally only visit in the afternoon, so was unaware of any upgrade, but from the photo it looks like a good step up.

I noticed the change back in December - sadly they now don't do the warm cheese and ham croissants These first world problems!

No black pudding?

Having not used ABZ for outbound, how big is it compared to GLA? (my usual outbound airport)

I miss the lukewarm crossants with the fridge cold cheese and ham too

However the breakfast offering is vastly improved, it would just be nice if there was a local bakery roll to make a bacon roll instead of only crumpets

I've not been in Glasgow BA lounge but ABZ has seating for easily 50 people

They had a similar offering when I was last in the GLA lounge in February. Everything needed for a build your own breakfast muffin. It was very nice.

The Glasgow Lounge is a little bigger and has the whisky snug, but the ABZ lounge has great views across the runway, but slightly lower capacity. Not a lot in it really, they are both good Lounges for a domestic operation.

Have the croissants been downgraded to the awful ones in packaging recently like EDI?

They hadn't a few weeks ago, and I hope they don't. Packaged bakery goods are the devil
