Weather delays LHR this morning [23 Mar]
Looks like BA again being hit by weather related slow down at LHR.
Sat on the 1387 at MAN, initially 1 hrs late due to having to find crew for the inbound flight, now just been told we cant leave for another hour due to slow down at LHR. Expect knock on effect for those flying later, also expect flight connections will be a mess, at least 90% on this have connections, luckily for me its a couple of days in London so at least dont have that stress.

On a flight down from EDI this evening and it's a schedule that normally takes a hit whenever there are weather cancellations but looks to be holding OK at the moment.
The TAF seems to suggest the winds will subside a little from early afternoon?

We just landed (1387), last few hundred feet seemed all.over the place compared to your average landing, very much cockpit vs nature but cockpit won. To add to the joy we got a bus stand (591) so everyone got a free power wash getting to the bus.
Took a look at look at flight connections (domestic arrivals) before heading out of the building and its chaos as expected.
