Only 25min waiting for BA to send someone to look after the jet bridge on arrival into LHR T5 today. I believe that makes it the best of my last five landings.

Is there a polite and successful way to ask for a few Avios as compensation for the abbreviated service and lack of a second meal in Club World on the flight? Where on the website do I file a complaint/request?

There was no communication or warning about this before we boarded, so we could prepare by buying appropriate snacks before boarding. And we were never offered tea or anything else once the first meal was completed. I did go to sleep for a bit, but would have liked some tea and a bite to eat at least near the end of the flight. But the cabin crew was apparently on mandatory rest.

I am grateful that the flight was not canceled, but for what we paid in Avios plus cash for the Club World flight I would like a bit of compensation for what was lacking due to the delay.
