Earning Avios on QR-operated LATAM-marketed flights

Is my understanding correct that QR-operated and LATAM-marketed flights should credit to BA ?

No TPs, only Avios.

Thanks & regards,

Doubtful, as they're not oneworld operated and marketed. You may be able to credit to QR though, then transfer to BA?

QF op by EK is the only exception I'm aware of that will post outside of the both operated and marketed requirement.

When you look on the BA website, there are no restrictions mentioned in regards to getting Avios for LATAM flights. It doesn't say it has to be operated by LATAM to get Avios, so as far as I can see, it should work

where are you seeing this?

I agree with JAXBA btw, this won’t yield anything if you try and credit to BAEC. Broadly it needs to fit in one of three categories:
- oneworld operated and marketed
- BA marketed and operated by anyone
- QF marketed and EK operated

Scroll down to LATAM and there are no restrictions mentioned.

As far as I understand, this have nothing to do with OneWorld - it's a matter of crediting LATAM to BA as their partner

May indeed. But I would be certainly more comfortable if someone had direct experience with the matter

It's non Brazilian LATAM that has this arrangement, and I would say the chance of this crediting nicely is close to zero.

From the codeshare earning table at ba.com it seems you would not earn anything crediting to BAEC; as noted earlier you could credit to QR and then transfer the avios later:
