BA Gold Benefits when travelling Aer Lingus.

Hi folks,

I've booked DUB-MAD-MIA-MAD-DUB in Business Class via iberia.com. I didn't notice until I booked that one segment (DUB-MAD) is operated by Aer Lingus metal (and is showing as 'economy' on my itinerary) but under an Iberia codeshare flight number.

I know the goal posts have moved quite a bit on Aer Lingus/benefits when travelling as BA Gold. Initially it was a strictly NO benefit rule but then I believe in Sept last year although EI still isn't a full OneWorld member it has joined the Joint Transatlantic Agreement with BA/IB/AY so there are now some benefits to be had?

Can anyone advise what the deal is regarding TP/Avios, lounge access, Fast track when flying Aer Lingus as part of a Europe - US itinerary?

TIA

For DUB to MAD there is no benefit for your BA status that I can think of. If you you tried crediting an IB coded and EI operated flight to BAEC you wouldn't get anything.
