Reward booking with Amex and Barclays vouchers

Hi, I would like some feedback on what could be possible in this scenario:

family of 5, one teen and two under 10yo. Same household account

2 x BAPP companion voucher
1 x Barclays Avios Rewards Upgrade voucher
(all under my account)

i am looking for a destination where there are indeed 5 First class seats available right now for the dates I am interested.

BA website will allow me to use 2 voucher at the time, effectively therefore able to either box 4 people with the two companion voucher or 3 people with one companion and one upgrade voucher.

the question is can I split the booking into two, one for me and two kids, and one for my wife and one kid?

or do you guys know if the Barclays voucher can be used by itself for a member of the household account (so effectively could make the booking for 4 with the 2 companion voucher and then book for the last born with the upgrade voucher?

thanks

Correct. From ba.com:
12. A Cabin Upgrade Voucher enables you to upgrade your booking by one cabin class (where available). For example:
a. From economy (Euro Traveller) to business (Club Europe)
b. From economy (World Traveller) to premium economy (World Traveller Plus); or
c. From premium economy (World Traveller Plus) to business (Club World)
13. Bookings cannot be upgraded to a First Cabin using the Cabin Upgrade Voucher.

outbound availability is still there but not inbound (only 2 seats available). Also my wife does not agree in having one of the kid flying by him/herself in CW whilst we travel in first 😂

we may well transform it into a couple week away..

Following up on this, I have tried a various combination of First and CW and basically it ended up always charging for two people 1700 for taxes and other charges and variable Avios (150-200k RTN, each way in CW being 75k and first being 100k)

if I put Dublin as origin, it would not show me the first class option, any advice to see how much saving there would be starting in Dublin (understand that it would be CE from/to Dublin and first from/to LHR) .
