Quick Barclays voucher question
 
Can I use one voucher to upgrade from Y to W outbound and W to J inbound? Or does it have to be the same level of upgrade in both directions?

If the answer is yes I assume this can only be done over the phone!

Can confirm both - a phonecall required but have recently booked myself Club out and Premium back with minimum hassle.
