QF F is the best lounge at the airport.

My last two recent experiences of the QF lounge at LAX would be the opposite of others here, but YMMV.

I personally believe all have their pros and cons, none being as good as they were pre-covid though.

During the day, I quite like the AA Flagship First lounge in T4, a 5-10 minute walk from TBIT. The Qantas first class lounge (and business lounge) has no natural light, while the AA one has huge windows

Qantas First is all cooked-to-order food, while AA is buffet, though a decent one. Qantas has much better wine, but I think AA Flagship has the better beer selection. In a rush, the AA buffet is quickest, but the Qantas lounge staff will advise on what menu items are faster and can normally sort something pretty quickly if you need to.

The Qantas lounge gets boarding announcements for BA flights, unless there's disruption AA doesn't seem to do them

Last few times I've therefore started in AA Flagship, then moved to Qantas First for dinner

Thatís basically all it allows - there are only a handful of actual First Class seats from LAX these days.

I was booking some Avios flights back from LAX for mid January, hoping to bag a CW bed overnight. On the day I wanted there were no CW seats available, but the early flight had 5 reward seats available in First. I guess mondays in January are as off peak for demand as it gets.

Looking forward to a few hours lounge hopping.
