Holiday finder broken?

Is this working for anyone else? When set to club/business it gives no results. Been like this for a few days.

Works fine on flight + hotel as well as creating a custom trip, both examples in business

Where’s your starting point ?

Total blank here (Mac/Safari) ... just as I was about to start looking for 2023 Holidays! Changing Month or Continent doesn't help either. However, it seems OK if I don't try to book Club.

In PE I can get to Peru, and that's it for Caribbean and S America! All other Continents in PE are zeroed out! I suspect a major glitch [how unusual] or fares etc are being loaded, scrambling the whole system.

EDIT .... Black Friday being loaded? Not sure whether that would link to BAH for 2023.

Could be Black Friday although would that have taken it out for 5 days? IT fail sounds more likely

Whichever, BA ‘s IT is clearly stopping me giving them money! Still no CW Holidays anywhere, but PE now available to PUJ at 10k pp for a week! 😎

Yes, I get the same with the holiday finder - switching to club it says we have nothing that matches the filters.

Also, I can create a custom trip, as per post #2, and I get all the way to the payment stage whereupon payment fails and it says:

BAH in December in Club is now just Mexico and Malaysia. All subsequent months are zeroes.

I'll pass on this December bargain!

I’m assuming nobody is finding anything on the BA Holiday Finder? I can’t believe that the whole of 2023 in CW has been sold already!

Anyone seeing answers?

OK, so I've engaged with BA on Twitter, who say they can see it all fine on their system, At their suggestion I cleared cookies, tried a new browser, tried the OH's account ... and still nothing. Every Continent just gives zero availability in CW for the whole of 2023. Y and PE work, though.

Interestingly Reward Flight Finder stops working for me at the end of April next year. Wonder if that's connected.

Thanks both for the feedback ... hmmm. NOT very helpful by BA so far.

BTW, I'm Mac/Safari ... but Mozilla didn't help either!

My first flyertalk post having lurked for a while.

I've always found the BA Holidays pages to be an absolute dogs breakfast of an experience at the best of times - I can't think why they don't just use somebody else's front end and stick their own flights and 'chosen' hotels in the back.

'I'm never actually sure what counts as a 'BA holiday' - is it just any flight and hotel booked together or is there something more concrete about a BA Holiday? (of course I am attracted by the current double tier points offer)

Anyway, as soon as I attempt to book a hotel and a flight to Nairobi BA seems to deny the existence of such a place (flight only is fine) - odd since Kenya is clearly listed as a destination in the holiday finder.

There's clearly something not working properly - hopefully they are preparing for a spectacular sale............
