London Christmas Drinks : Friday 16 December 2022

It is the FT pre-Christmas drinks in London, back again. Like previous pre-Christmas drinks this will basically be a venue, date, and time. We are going for the evening of Friday 16 December. Hopefully this should allow both those local to London to come and those from the regions and elsewhere to come down.

Start will be at 6pm, but come whenever you like during the evening. Just turn up when you can, there will be people partying until closing!

This is the same place we had last year, a relatively new new venue for us near Woolwich Arsenal - zone 4 and south of the river so make sure your travel insurance is up to date! It is already booked thanks to teledude and we should have an area to ourselves. We should be getting a free glass of something bubbly as well included. Good news is it is right next to the new crossrail Woolwich station - so actually more convenient this year. See the wiki for more details.

I realise that many will have various Christmas events so may not be able to come, but hopefully some will be able to and we can have a good night.

It really would be great to see as many people as possible. Whether you are an old familiar face, or a first timer, you will be warmly welcomed

Darn, I'm scheduled to be in town on the 23rd. Will try again next year. Thanks for the efforts Karfa.

If anyone else is on the EC82 into Munich on the 16th we can be the satellite meet up.

Sadly will be missing this for the second year in a row despite the new venue finally being just down the DLR from me!

I arrive in Thailand the afternoon of the 16th, so if anyone fancies a satellite FT Christmas drinks in Bangkok, let me know.
