you can bet BA would if they ever made it to the top division. Indeed in the entry to Waterside, albeit 15 plus years ago they had a little display cabinet for their awards

Also I just saw Latam got an award for best business class in South America. As far as I know the only have premium economy in South America not business….

Every airline does that. Lufthansa even painted one of the planes!

Not sure what they will do now. Maybe remove the last star and replace the 5 with 4?

11th is pretty damn good.

Typo corrected: BA is #1, not #11

China and India have their own country-specific ratings, so it's only fair that BA be rated #1 in all of the UK (especially post-Brexit).

If you continue limiting the geographical scope of comparison, AC could be rated #1 in Montreal and AA #1 in DFW Terminal C (because no other airline uses that terminal).

Given their route network these days you could argue BA should be rated the number one US airline instead.
