"Here you go sir, two of these are your 1,200 calorie dinner and the third is the before landing meal of 600 calories. Enjoy your menu!"
All joking aside, I hope I get to sample these, they do look nice. And 3D printed for your pleasure!

Like a very soft fruit pastille, but more sweet, overly sweet.
I'd take one again if I was passing through, don't think I'll be subscribing to a plan any time soon.
They are to the right, just as you come in to F Lounge from Gold Wing security....or right if you enter from terminal and past the toilets, then over to your left.

was under the above, nourished vitamin snack.
but that does sound like the wording they would use.
I much preffered a few years ago the take home / make your own cocktail sets that were out on the terrace.

A welcome addition, and good to see such an excellent response to customer ….. er ……. feedback
I’ve lost count of the number of fellow lounge-users overheard complaining to staff that the F menu really should include 3D printed gummy vitamins, clearly deemed essential to help fast-track their goals and optimise their lifestyle.

That's because they use Erythritol as sweetener. A typical side effect.
I'd be more worried about the fact that the main ingredient is Maltitol Syrup, and that the recommended daily dose is one (1). The full label has a warning not to exceed the recommended dose, likely because each pastille contains 8.3 g of Maltitol Syrup (the non-sugar carbs on the nutriitional info), and if you have more than 30-50g of Maltitol Syrup per day, you can expect to suffer from flatulence and bowel discomfort (you're basically guaranteed to get diarrhoea if you go above 90g).
Not ideal on a plane.

It’s pretty obvious the company has paid BA for a PR spot. And long as it’s not chugger-style in-your-face and gives BA a bit of cash that doesn’t come out of my pocket then I don’t have a problem with it. I doubt they’d even pretend this was what customers were requesting, any more than ‘in lounge shopping with F&M’ is.

I'd rather they were handing out Percy Pigs - these look like Dolly Mixture.

Maybe nobody within BA thought it worth asking too many questions when offered a free promo, accompanied by the ‘healthy lifestyle enhancing’ marketing spiel.

i) Odd with all the capabilities and technology of 3D printing that they chose.... a round cylinder. Not overly creative!
ii) clearly designed to make up for the ultra-processed 'dead' airline food.
iii) the idea of flatulence and diarrhoea is certainly not something anyone needs in WT LH (yet alone anywhere else) - maybe that's why they're trying them out on the 'F' pax first!
