Passenger Locator forms

Hi,
Do these still need to be done ? We are flying LHR to BCN in September.

No, but you need to show your vaccine certificate.

There are no requirements on return to the UK.

Well not quite. I'm flying LHR/CDG in a couple of weeks and France has its own version of a PLF.

Spain has passenger locator forms for the non vaccinated who are required to test. If you are vaccinated there is no requirement for the form.
