BA2364 (QR11) - allocated non existent seats on A380

Checking seats for a trip back via DOH to LHR, I have been allocated seats 3A 4B 5A, that don't exist on a a Qatar A380 - and when I check on qatar's site, the anomaly is clear.
Any ideas?

First on the Qatar A380 is only rows 1 & 2 - so sadly that isn't it.

I'd hazard a guess it's an aircraft swap to something with QSuites where the rearward facing seats are "A" and the forward facing seats are "B". Either a flavour of B777 or A350

It's an aircraft swap. I had this yesterday. It's a time lag issue between BA's and Qatar's systems.

It is an aircraft swap - go on to the QR website to reassign seats. Dont believe this you have been upgraded nonsense if in advance of travelling

In my view, a change of business seating to QSuites is an upgrade even if it isn't on an A380.

In fairness to my point - a friend of mine recently was given a seat change on the A380 and didn't realise that this meant he was now seated in First. With that being fresh in the mind, that was my automatic assumption (Although I did say that it may not be the case). God knows why I forgot that there were 3 rows in it though... when I last flew it was full and just felt much busier than only 8 seats.

Fwiw an aircraft swap to Q Suites might even be better than an upgrade to First on the A380.

Flying outbound tomorrow on an A380 - the return is still this mysterious A380 with missing rows. I will check when I get to LHRR..
Thanks for all your ideas / thoughts.
The QR site shows the same seats booked!

Hi
I'm not sure why any of the more experienced flyers/forum members haven't helped you but I'm pretty sure this is where you'll be sitting:

I think the answer is a little more prosaic than some suggestions, I preselected row 3 on our A350 flight in December, aircraft changed to A380 but the seat reservations remained until I selected new seats
