So it looks like ATL-LHR-ATL will be at T3 in November after all. We're a group travelling in F in late November and planned to all have breakfast together in CCR before some leave. Can those on an ATL flight check in (it will be about 5 hours before departure) at T5 or do they need to go to T3, check in and make their way over to T5 to meet the rest? Many thanks!

if your flight leaves from T3, you’ll need to check in at T3. You will not be able to go to T5 for lounge access.

You could of course all meet for breakfast landside somewhere or those leaving from T5 May be able to access t3 for lounge access under the right conditions (a few threads discussing that) so it’s a pain and not worth it imho.

PHX flights March 2023

Any updates for Terminal use next year? Looking at JER-LHR-PHX and at one point my searches which I can't find again! suggested PHX flights were using T3. As we will obvs be connecting to/from JER [T5] this raises the question of how we connect between T5 and T3 these days.

Grateful for any current [and predicted] info!

Ah, found it ... BA Winter 22/23 Route Updates

PHX is currently scheduled to leave from T3. Transfer from T5 is likely best by airside bus. It's straightforward and pretty seamless. Obviously the terminal could potentially change and if it does, that makes an even easier T5 to T5 connection. In either case, you'll have plenty of time to connect.

Just had notification from BA that my Vancouver flight in May will now arrive into T5 rather than T3
