Executive Club site down?
Is anyone else having problems logging in to the Executive Club? I get a message stating no access due to maintenance and to click on a link for more information, and of course that link goes to an error page!

Yes, I cannot login to the app. It says my password is wrong (which I don’t think it is).

BAs IT is a farce.
I had a flight last week with my wife, flying on same flight and same cabin, on 2 separate PNRs.
Her flight was an Avios CE booking mine a cash CE booking.
Her flight and PNR reference have registered under my account as ineligible. My flight hasn’t appeared at all, so no Avios or Tier points. Claiming missing Avios doesn’t work as ticket number not recognised so have had to follow the alternative process.
My wife’s executive club number was correct in the booking as was mine. I did however make the booking on her behalf. Nonetheless it is ridiculous that her personal data has been revealed to me in this way.
BA have a long way to go to be considered competent at any level.

It appears that the work involved in crediting my QR flights that I flew earlier this week may have caused the problem. Now the system is back online I see the points have been added
