I have to admit to having not read all 13 pages of this thread! Has anybody pointed out that the thread title should be 'how many' and not 'how much' amps?

Alas* the Original Poster has not logged in since 1 June and has not posted since mid May. So I fear his / her (but surely his) appetite for the topic may have sustained some impedance.

* - with apologies for not using this word earlier in the thread.

With some reluctance I'm contributing to this thread.

(I don't quite recall exactly what reluctance is but it's more to do with inductance than resistance)

* or was it Alas you were apologizing for rather than Impedance ?

Impedance is appropriate in this thread as it has a real and imaginary component.

Yes indeed. In fact the OP's original inquiry was quite complex.

(If not deranged ! )

yeah reading the seriousness of the query was quite the shock but its amusing (but not surprising) to see nothing current.
