How can I change my booking?

OK... decided in the end to change the outbound date only and got through today after just 30 mins of continuous dialing 
Excellent agent... changed the flight, re-priced, £90 more... excellent, paid, re-ticketed and done... it won't make me want to stick with BA but it is nice to know that with a good agent it can be done without it being a drama.
Only complaint... still couldn't pay for the change with voucher. Ah well... all booked... 70 days to go.
