I am afraid I do not know the answer to your question. However, I thought I had read somewhere above it was present for maintenance.

Seems to be switching places with YMMK which is due out of CWL and into LHR this evening. I’ll update the Wiki over the weekend.

G-VIIV is planned to return from AUH to LHR later today

BA plan to take delivery of a A350 tomorrow. The aircraft will be G-XWBJ and it is planned to arrive from TLS tomorrow lunchtime.

BA have yet to take delivery of G-XWBI. Does anyone know if a date has been set for this aircraft to be delivered?

Was at the Boeing hangar rather than the BA hangar, having a C check.

G-XWBJ popped up on fr24 at the delivery centre but is still at Toulouse tonight. Safe to assume not before Monday now?

I have updated the fleet status as of this weekends positions of aircraft and also added G-XWBJ to the tracker as stored at TLS as it’s officially on the CAA register, so it is a BA owned aircraft, just not at LHR yet!
Any LHR based aircraft which haven’t flown in the last 7 days have been moved to stored status (which sees the B777-200ER fleet show a lot more ‘stored aircraft’!) and G-VIIV (odd-ball LGW 4-class) which had been Abu Dhabi for maintenance made it back to LHR.

I'm not sure if your intention is to keep up with swaps between LGW and LHR, but G-YMME, is back at LGW. In fact, all 5 LGW RR powered 77Es are in flight right now, + 3 of the GEs. Things seem to be coming back to a little normailty.

The intention of this thread is indeed to keep up with all fleet movements, and up to Sunday (27th) G-YMME was serving LHR destinations from that airport when this thread was last updated. It moved back to LGW on Monday 28th, so any changes like this are very much appreciated so the Wiki can be updated when a post calls it out.I’ll update the Wiki tomorrow with the this information.

Perusing FlightRadar24, it looks like LCAF and LCYZ are back in circulation.
Whether anything has gone to replace them is another question.

G-XLEC is just about to land at MAD after finishing the MNL maintenance and G-XLEE is on it's way from Doha to MNL for its maintenance stint. While we now have 4 aircraft in MAD in 'storage', no A380's are in long term storage anymore which is a positive sign. (thanks to Scotflyer80 for updating the Wiki)

Wiki updated as of today's movements across the fleet. Gatwick sees the lowest number of stored A319/A320's since the pandemic began with only 10 aircraft in storage there currently. A few of the LHR B777's are marked as in storage has they haven't flown the last 6 days or so, but I would expect them to come back into service this weekend, so if they are noted back in the skies, please feel free to update. LHR also sees the largest fleet number in a long time based there with almost 200 aircraft back at home base.

Made a couple of very minor updates:
- "un-bolded G-VIIP" as it is non-CS.
- G-YMMR has been loaned to LGW to run a Tampa flight. I believe the same happened last weekend.
Meanwhile G-YMMD, usually stationed at LGW is running an LHR - ISB flight, as it has for the past week. I presume the extra WT capacity that the LGW bird has, (vs the non-CS 77Es) was required for the ISB flight. Wasn't ISB going to be moved to LGW for the extra capacity? Was this shelved when the MAN shuttles were changed/ or didn't start up? (Probably more of a routes specific question, but seems to be driving a regular equipment swap)
