G-EUXM appeared on the radar today as "BA12345"
This could suggest another A321 coming out of storage soon enough!

A few updates for Monday morning:

G-XLEB is due to return to MAD storage this afternoon (sadly) - this has now been cancelled again and XLEB is off to Frankfurt instead on a cargo run!
G-YMMD is due to return to LGW after a few days maintenance at LHR, but G-YMMR isn't coming the other direction just yet!
G-MEDK is due up from Gatwick this afternoon after diverting their last night
G-GATM is also due up to LHR, but I would guess that is for maintenance as G-GATH had a quick 24hrs at LHR at the end of last week for maintenance

G-GATN Gatwick hasn't flown for several days and had a ground test I think yesterday.
Is BA Gatwick Maintenance also covering the A320 fleet? Seems strange to send aircraft to LHR for just 24hours maintenance, although of
course it could be to do with capacity and expertise at either base.
I also believe they have the contract to maintain Vueling aircraft at Gatwick.

The 3rd and 4th A321 leased to be leased from Finnair are arriving today prior to beginning to operate for BA at T3.

OH-LZS - will be the first to arrive as AY1335 from HEL just after 15:00.
OH-LZO - is expected to land a few hours later at 20:40 operating AY1339

They are joining OH-LZP and OH-LZT the 2 A321 already operating out of T3

Is G-YMMR permanent based at LGW now, or do we know when she痴 due to head back to LHR?

Maybe it's a question for another thread but do crew deadhead from HEL to operate these? It must be costing BA a fortune!

Wetleases ACMI are expensive. Deadheading crews from a hub, housing them in a hotel and then ferrying them back is effectively what sunk Lufthansa Italia back in the day.

This is another gift of Alex "cost cutting is in our DNA" Cruz and Willie "Show me the effin' money" Walsh. This, and the need of re-hiring people after having given them severance and many more strokes of genius from those two.

Some Wednesday updates:

G-VIIT landed at LHR this morning (presumably for maintenance), so that explains G-YMMR's continued usage at LGW
G-VIIL is due down to Cardiff this afternoon for maintenance, with no plane currently flagged to come back
G-GATM was due to return to Gatwick yesterday but had its flight cancelled, so a bigger issue must have cropped up
G-ZBKP is due to head to Dublin this afternoon as BA9171, I think that is usually for repainting? (any info welcome!)
G-XLEB is once again due to head back to Madrid as BA9174 this afternoon for storage

Yes. They also rotate through so it壮 not always the same crews operating these. AY does the same for their longhauls from ARN and for the Eurowings Discover flights from FRA and MUC.

YMMR is heading back to LHR right now...

With ISB suspended soon (as per other threads) I expect this will give a little relief to the LGW LH fleet,
